We have been in business since 1993. Our main focus is on what's most important... you, the customer! Our top priority is getting your orders processed and delivered as quickly as possible. We are usually able to get your products shipped the same day we receive the order.

We use the secure Yahoo online shopping software (Stronghold Secure Server with industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption) which safeguards your information 100%. To protect our customers and create a secure internet shopping environment, we report all credit card fraud to the authorities.

We respect the privacy of visitors and customers to our website. We do not sell our customers' and website visitors' email addresses or personal or business information to anyone for any reason whatsoever. If you send identifying information to us by email, we use that information only to provide you with our services and/or products, and to otherwise respond to your requests. We do not sell this information to anyone for any reason.

Third-Party Web Beacons: We use third-party web beacons from Yahoo! to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Yahoo! may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped the same business day (if received by 3pm EST), however on very rare occasions please allow for 2 to 3 days shipping delay. If you would like your order shipped to a PO Box, then please make a note in the comments box when checking out and we will ship your order with US Postal Service.

USPS shipping Mon - Fri, UPS shipping Mon - Fri. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. The shipping / handling fees are calculated in real time, and you will see them in the checkout process before you give your final "OK". Free shipping as indicated only. We reserve the right to deny shipment of products without providing a reason and we reserve the right to ship UPS Ground orders with Priority Mail (depending on delivery speed).

International Shipping
Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.

Refund/Return and Exchange Policy
At BrandsOnly.com our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to BrandsOnly.com within 30 days from the date of purchasing the item(s).  Please contact our customer service department via the Online RMA Form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning any product. No returns can be accepted without an RMA# and will be refused by BrandsOnly. The product must be returned unopened and unused with all original packaging, with all tags still ATTACHED and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be refunded or exchanged for a new product (unless otherwise noted). By wearing the product or removing any tags and labels, our refund/exchange policy is void. The product is subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping fees are not refundable. We recommend that you insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages.  Refunds will be given at the discretion of BrandsOnly.com management. In case of a refund, allow up to two weeks to receive the money. All refunds will be paid by check or refunded to the credit card account on file. In case we exchange a product at your request, you agree to pay all applicable re-shipping costs and fees.

Return Possibility
On certain products, sales are final due to the nature of the product.


How do I return an item?

  • To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.
  • All merchandise purchased from BrandsOnly.com is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
  • Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Return Rules & Policies

  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA #. Click here to request an RMA#.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, BrandsOnly.com reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
  • Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made. If it was paid by check, the refund will only be made by check after 10 business days have elapsed from the date of purchase.
  • The BrandsOnly.com Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only. It may not be redeemed for cash.

Order Placement

Your order is usually shipped within 24 business hours after it is received. Most customers, depending on their location, receive their order within 3-5 business days after we sent it. Sales are final unless noted otherwise, or if the product is damaged. Orders cancelled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a nominal 5% fee to cover associated nonrefundable merchant fees. If a customer should refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decides to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and agrees to pay a 15% restocking fee to allow us to recover our costs.

Backorders
Large orders that contain items that are on back order may be shipped separately - we may send what we have in stock right away, and ship the rest later. You will be notified by email should this be the case. If the majority of the products you ordered are on back order for more than 7 business days, you will be notified by email.

Payment
Your credit card will be charged Prior to shipping, however if you are using PayPal checkout, your credit card will be charged once the order has been received We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cashiers Check, Money Order and Personal Checks (which are held until check clears).

Under Age Ordering
If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have your parents or guardians do so. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and BrandsOnly will not be held liable.

Refused / Undeliverable Shipments
Any shipments that are returned because they were undeliverable to the address you provided or were refused will be billed 15% restocking fee or twice the original shipping rate, whichever is greater.
